the breakfast offered a good choice and was tasty. the shower had good pressure and nice soap. it WAS a really nice shower.
the bed was quite hard. the decor needs attention in areas, and windows need updating as everything could be heard from outside, it's not silent.

I found the staff very helpful with directions to Star City. My room was quite spacious and very tidy. The breakfast offered a decent variety and I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries on offer.
The television remote was a little unresponsive. Though I didn't report it, it was a minor nuisance.

I found the staff really helpful and always available. breakfast included a good variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. the air conditioning in my room worked effectively, important for a comfortable stay. free parking was a good bonus.
the window in my room was stuck and i could not open it more than two inches. that limited fresh air in the room.
